Henry Canton, Executive Director of Silk Grass Farms and its sister companies, formerly served as Belize’s Minister of Works, and as the Managing Director of Citrus Products of Belize, Ltd. (CPBL). He currently chairs the Belize Agro-productive Sector Group (BAPS).

Peter Kjellerup and Mandy Cabot have been leaders in social enterprise since founding the shoe company, Dansko, in 1990. 100% employee-owned, Dansko has won numerous awards including the Triple Bottom Line Award, Best Places to Work, Built to Last, and Best for the World, Workers awards.

Dorene Sabal is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Silk Grass Farms and has over 25 years of experience working in the juice manufacturing industry. Dorene holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Galen University. She is also a community organizer and enjoys promoting and participating in cultural activities.

Senior Counsel Andrew Marshalleck is a Managing Partner of Belize’s leading law firm, Barrow & Co. LLP in Belize City. Andrew also serves on the boards of Belize Electric Ltd., Grande Caribe Resort, RF&G Insurance, and GA Roe & Sons, Ltd.

Trish Rogers is a corporate finance attorney and has a passion for working with entrepreneurs, focusing on companies in a variety of industries that make environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics a priority.

Bryan Welch is an impact entrepreneur, farmer, and author of the award-winning book Beautiful and Abundant: Building the World We Want. He has been the CEO of several B Corporations and impact-driven businesses including Ogden Publications, B the Change Media, Mindful Communications, and Foster Care Technologies. He is Co-CEO of Silk Grass Holdings US.
